Minimum stay is four (4) nights. Damage deposit of US$100 and a non-refundable US$25 cleaning fee. Downpayment of 50% required within 5 days of booking. Arrangements will be made for final payment. For peak periods we require a US$250 damage deposit.
For payments, US bank transfer, PayPal or Western Union are the options to use. If you have a PayPal account you can send your payments to our PayPal.me account. (Kindly use the friends/family option to avoid charges).
Balance is due immediately upon arrival in cash only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
Identification required when checking in.
Email notice is required if you wish to cancel your reservation. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Any applicable charges will be deducted from refunds.

No refunds will be given to early departures from the confirmed booking.
