RESERVATION INFORMATION

Minimum stay is three (3) nights.  Damage deposit of US$100 and a non-refundable US$50 cleaning fee.  Downpayment of 50% required within 5 days of booking.   For festival periods, the damage deposit and/or cleaning fee could change.

 

Our payment options are PayPal, US or UK bank transfer or Western Union.  If you have a PayPal, kindly use the friends/family option to avoid charges.

Balance is due before or immediately upon arrival.  Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.

Identification required when checking in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Email notice is required if you wish to cancel your reservation.  Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.  Any applicable charges will be deducted from refunds.
